• Your access to or use of the Services, Website, or NSAP may be terminated if we are unable to validate your credentials at any point in time or discover that you are not authorized to use the Services.

Services

• You have the right to use this website as a User or Customer to access the services listed in the following clauses (referred to as "Services"), which will define the term "Services."
• You can examine and reserve several health check-up packages or other offers after completing the registration process. You can also select the home collection service for samples, if it's offered in your region.
• When visiting the lab or using home service, you must provide a photo ID card, an invoice, and the Order ID or transaction number. Regarding the correctness, caliber, or appropriateness of the data you submit, you must adhere to any stated or implied pre-test standards.
• You should always read the instructions or guidelines on the accurate Medical Diagnostics website or get in touch with the staff if you have any issues.
• We disclaim any liability for the completeness or accuracy of the information accessible from or through our site for the duration of your agreement with us or as instructed by us.
• Let's say you use or post the data on this website. If so, you acknowledge that accurate Medical Diagnostics is not accountable for any claims, damages, or liabilities and accept full responsibility and risk.

Termination of Agreement

This Agreement may be terminated without cause by either party by providing the other with seventy-two hours' notice. However, accurate Diagnostics has the right to cancel this agreement at any time and without warning. We reserve the right to stop your usage of our services and website in the event that this agreement is canceled.

Policy for Payments and Refunds

For fee payments, accurate Medical Diagnostics will give the customer access to an appropriate payment mechanism, including online banking, credit cards, debit cards, and cash cards. The User/Customer agrees that if they choose to pay online, the services won't start until the funds are transferred into accurate Diagnostics' accounts. The User/Customer is aware that payment methods may be subject to different contracts between accurate Diagnostics and the third parties that supply them. accurate Medical Diagnostics will never be held accountable for payment errors or malfunctions. The customer bears all responsibility for making the payment. Cancellations must be made by the consumer within 48 hours of the reservation. 10% of the total invoice amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge. Customers can email us for refunds and cancellations. Within 15 to 20 working days, refunds will be credited to the original account from which the payment was made and cannot be returned in another way.

Delivery of Test Reports

Accurate Medical Diagnostics will make every effort to deliver the test results within ten working days, unless otherwise specified. The processing time is increased by the transit/shipping time if the package is delivered by courier. Although accurate Medical Diagnostics will make every effort to deliver by the desired date, it will not be held accountable if it does not.

Governing

Law Indian law governs and interprets all of this agreement's terms and conditions. Regardless of the grounds for termination or expiration, this section will continue to be in force. This agreement is made up of the terms and conditions stated above. If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions stated in this agreement, do not proceed. This Agreement will take effect after you click the "I AGREE" button. You must accept the aforementioned terms and conditions in order to use the services via the website.
